To access shop.anipet.com you must be a customer of Anipet Animal Supplies. Please fill out one of the applications below and click 'submit' at the bottom of the form. Please contact sales@anipet.com if you have any questions.
How do I fill out and send in an Application?
Download the PDF to your computer. After you fill in the application on the last page there is a box that says "SUBMIT", click this and the PDF file will attach to a new email.
*You will likely need to use 
Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox in order to use the 'Submit' function on the application.
*If the Submit button does not work please save the PDF onto your computer, attach it to an email and send to community@anipet.com.

✓ Application form for Retailers: This will give you access to the full line of products that Anipet offers, from dog food to reptile tanks. Qualifications & regular minimum guidelines apply.
*YOU MUST HAVE A RETAIL LOCATION TO QUALIFY. WE DO NOT SELL TO ONLINE ONLY STORES.
✓ Application form for Groomers: This will give you access to a curated selection of dog and cat items that every groomer needs. Pick this option if you are a groomer and/or have a small retail facing within your grooming space.
✓ Application form for Veterinarians: This will give you access to a curated selection of dog and cat items that every Veterinarian retail space should have. Pick this option if you are a Veterinarian with a small retail facing within your office.
